Belenza, in its true reflection of the name translated "Beautiful", comprises of 30 tastefully furbished rooms in Villa Style, with landscaped gardens "by the beach" that makes the holiday home blend its architectural wonder with a contemporary feel. The old Goan - Portuguese hospitality is evident in the well trained and polite operations team members. 
The holiday home is located at a 25-30 minutes drive from the airport, walking distance from the Colva Promenade and is easily accessible to the beach which offers water sports facilities, popular shacks and bars. The clean, pristine and white sandy beach just outside the holiday home premises is a major attraction, which gives an experience of residing in an untouched, private and meditative environment.  

All rooms are air conditioned and are equipped with large 32" LCD satellite linked televisions, minibar fridges, tea coffee makers, electronic safes, and duvets. Well appointed ensuite bathrooms have hot water, hair dryers and vanity mirrors. Most of the rooms either have their own private balconies or private decks. The Villa Style concept envisages an interactive, friendly set-up including three rooms and two common lounges.

Each Villa comprises of 3 rooms and 2 common lounges along with a patio facing the swimming pool and a room for domestic help.

For guests with families and friends there is the option to take the entire villa and, in addition to the above, have access to each villa’s independent room with attached bathroom for those travelling with their domestic help.
