Hawaii, is an exclusive waterfront property located at the end of a quaint Goan village at Dona Paula, Goa where the Arabian Sea and Zuari River converge. The adjoining beach was aptly named by the local people as “Havai” which means Breeze, until it was recently modified to its current- “Hawaii”.  the place is situated at the end of a narrow thoroughfare passing thru a typical Goan village. They are at the End-Of-The-Road, where one cannot go any further.

The atmosphere here is absolutely informal and homely, with a minimum of staff thereby offering you privacy, to reflect and relax, like the easy-going life style of Goa - Susegado

The property itself is quite different. This spell-binding, beautiful & exotic 6,600 square meter boutique property with river front landscaped gardens with a rustic hilly portion with large rock/boulderscapes offers you a picture perfect setting of tranquility. There is no swimming pool, but the Hawaii Beach is quite safe to swim in.

They have just ten distinctly decorated sea facing rooms at the property. Seven of the rooms are housed in the main building, of which two of the rooms are on the ground floor. The remaining three rooms are located on the hilly part and is recommended for those wanting to have total privacy, but yet have a strong heart to climb up the mountain!

You will be treated to a simple fare of home cooked meals prepared by the in-house cook who is ever willing to do a special B-B-Q should you desire – Tandoori chicken & Tikkas included ! You can even ‘Do-Your-Own-Thing’ where you can hook a fish or two and cook the same yourself (The in-house cook is always there to assist you) Cocktail eats, snacks and children’s meals will be served at all times. 

Lunch/Dinner has to be booked by breakfast at the latest. This will allow us to discuss the menu with you and ensure the freshest ingredients

They also rent out the entire premises. But any individual reservations They may have cannot be cancelled. So do book early.

Should you desire, as the well manicured lush lawns overlooking the beautiful Hawaii Beach can easily accommodate approximately 250 guests, They could arrange your wedding or anniversary or any celebrations - exclusively for you.

Please note that They are at the end of  a village in Goa which means cocks crow; chickens cluck, pigs grunt, children play, parents grumble, dogs bark, Christians sing and Church bells ring amid all the other signs of life you would expect in a Goan Village.

First Floor – Main Building: 

Room No. 1 (Captains Suite) is a corner room and offers you an awesome view of the Dona Paula Bay with the famous Dona Paula Jetty and the Arabian Sea in the background. This room has large glass sliding windows on two sides which can be opened up allowing you the fresh sea breeze. It has a simple double bed, a nice sofa and an antique wardrobe with en-suite bathroom. 
 
Room No. 2 (Seashells) has a water front view of the Zuari river and the Dona Paula Jetty. Its spellbinding headboard is made from the sea shells picked up from the Hawaii Beach. The bed is an original canoe/dug-out. An antique wardrobe and en-suite bathroom completes the room.

Room No.3 (Coconut) is smaller than the other rooms and is also sea facing. The bed is made from Coconut Tree trunk, whilst the writing table is from an old canoe. An antique wardrobe and en-suite bathroom completes the room. 
 
Room No. 4 (Anchor Room) is a twin bedded room overlooking the lawns and water front. This is a simple room with large wardrobe and en-suite bathroom. 

Room No. 5 (Sail Loft) A double bedded room overlooking the lawns and waterfront.Simple and elegant headboard with antique wardrobe and en-suite bathroom.

Ground Floor – Main Building 

Room No. 6 & 7 (Beach Comber) Both these rooms are on the ground floor and have a covered high roofed area in front. This makes for easy access to the room whilst still enjoying the view and ambience of the gardens. The room is furnished with an antique bed and wardrobe. En-suite bathroom provided.

Hill Rooms: 

Room No. 8 & 9 (Hill) These rooms are adjacent to one another. Simple concrete base beds, French door opening onto a private patio up on the hill offering you additional privacy. 

Room No. 10 (Mirage) This is one of the best rooms on the property set on the uppermost part of the hilly portion. The room itself is partly carved out of a rock. Sleep in bed and watch the panoramic view of the Arabian Sea from the large sliding glass windows, or sit outside in its private patio and savor a drink, or lie back on a sun-bed and enjoy a sun tan. 

Please note that the hill rooms may not be available during the monsoons due to adverse weather conditions.
